Tom Fitzpatrick Managing Partner - FMB

Tom is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of University College Dublin and currently Managing Partner of FMB Chartered Accountants. Tom is a former President of the Institute of Chartered Accounts Ireland. His areas of specialization include management consultancy, company buyouts, including restructuring, corporate finance and insolvency. A keen yachtsman, he has been involved in sailing administration at national and international level.

David Quinn – Managing Director - Investwise

David graduated with an honours Degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University in 1996, specialising in Investments and the Financial Markets. Upon graduating he worked with Deutsche International (Ireland) Limited, where he spent seven years working initially on Asian Equity Funds before later specialising in Hedge Fund Management. He transferred to JP Morgan ( Ireland) in 2003 to work as an Account Manager. He joined Fitzpatrick Morris Financial Services as Managing Director in October 2006 and brings experience in Fund Management, Financial Markets and knowledge of the Irish Investment Industry. David is a Qualified financial advisor (QFA) and is currently studying for the prestigious Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning with the UCD School of Professional Finance.

John MacNally – Tax Partner - FMB

John is both a qualified accountant and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He has significant experience in taxation matters and advises both individual and corporate clients. His areas of expertise include advising on property related transactions, VAT, company reconstructions and succession planning.

John has also written articles on taxation topics in the National press and recently addressed the International tax forum of the INAA group on Irish Taxation issues.

Kevin Morris , Audit Compliance Partner, FMB

Kevin Morris BCOMM, FCA is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of University College Dublin. He is Audit Compliance partner with FMB Chartered Accountants, with responsibility for training and standards.

David McArdle, Audit Engagement Partner, FMB

David McArdle, ACA, is the Audit Engagement partner with FMB Chartered Accountants.  David is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He joined FMB in 1988 and rose through the practice to become a partner in 2001. David is an audit engagement partner who looks after the needs of many of the practices new clients in addition to established client base. His main areas of clients are Credit Unions, recruitment, marina management and retail and sales technology sales. David has given a number of talks to ICAI members on IT and business management matters.
